Earth Day Cleanup for wildlife and all who live here • April 22, 2017 - 9:00am - 12noon. Cleanup site #1 - Edward D. Vock Conservation Area - Meet at the corner of Olney Keech Road/Jackson Schoolhouse Road. Cleanup site #2 - South Shore Road property - Meet across from the Burrillville Conservation Commission boat ramp.

Climate Change impact - “Its all personal!” • April 27, 2017 - 6:30pm, Jesse Smith Library • 100 Tinkham Lane, Harrisville, RI 02830. Guest speakers: Christine Rayner MD turned Carbon Tax supporter and climate change organizer, Smithfield High School environmental club students wonder why their town is not on the opposition list and Sister Kathleen Turley speaks on Pope Frances' thoughts on climate and the impact on the poorest.

From churning methane to croaking frogs • April 29, 2017 - 9am - 12noon, A hike to the BLT owned Clear River property • Wallum Lake Road, Opposite 1290 Wallum Lake Road, Pascoag, RI. Hike leaders Mike Lamoureux, Roberta Lacey and Paul Roselli will guide you from Wallum Lake Road to the Clear River.
