RESPONSE 15-2:
| There is little data publicly available on natural gas (NG) shortages requiring power plants in ISO-NE to switch to diesel. However, Invenergy can see from publicly available EPA emissions records when duel fuel plants have fired with diesel fuel, (https://ampd.epa.gov/ampd/), and Invenergy can infer that these instances may have been due to possible NG shortages.
