What will you do if Providence refuses to allow Johnston to re-sell water to Invenergy?
If for some unknown reason, Johnston is unable to sell the water it obtains from the Providence Water Supply Board, Invenergy will utilize its contingent/redundant supply, as identified in its Water Supply Plan.
