On February 22, 2017 at 12:06 am, members of the Burrillville Police Department arrested Kimberly Lonardo, age 21 of 533 Steere Farm Road Burrillville Rhode Island. This was the result of a traffic stop resulting in Lombardo being wanted by North Smithfield Police Department for a Domestic Assault. Lombardo was charged with a warrant and transported to North Smithfield Police Department where she will be arraigned.

On February 21, 2017 at 5:48 pm, members of the Burrillville Police Department arrested Michelle Romblad, age 49 of 333 Sayles Avenue Burrillville Rhode Island. This was a result for a call for service regarding an erratic operator on Broncos Highway. Romblad was charged with DUI 1st offense BAC Unknown and released on a summons to appear at 6th District Court. 

On February 20, 2017 at 2:55 pm, members of the Burrillville Police Department arrested Edward Zimmerman, age 24 of 1350 Douglas Pike Harrisville Rhode Island. This was as a result of a call for service regarding ATV's riding on the roadway. Zimmerman was charged with Reckless Driving/Eluding and released after going before a Bail Commissioner with a court date in 6th District Court.

On February 20, 2017 at 12:23 am, members of the Burrillville Police Department arrested Sherry Patrie, age 37 of 1725 Round Top Road Harrisville Rhode Island as a result of a domestic disturbance.  Patrie was held overnight and is charged with Domestic Simple Assault and Domestic Disorderly Conduct.  Patrie was transported to 6th District Court for arraignment in the morning.

For the week of February 12 to February 18, Burrillville Public Safety Departments responded to 552 calls for service. These include, Emergency Medical 30, Larceny 1, Fire 5, Erratic Driver 3, Alarm 6, Site Check 231, Identity Theft 1, Vandalism 1, Fraud 1, Vin Check 13, Fight in Progress 1, Property Damage 2, Assist Other Agency 2, Accident 13, Neighbor Dispute 2, Disturbance General 1, Abandoned Motor Vehicle 1, Suspicious Auto 1, Domestic Disturbance 1, Motorist Assist 5, Serve Summons/Subpoena 2, Wayward/Disobedient Child 2, Animal Complaint 1, Parking Violation 3, Unwanted Subject 2, Well Being Check 3, Traffic Stop 133, Traffic Hazard 11, Suspicious Activity 1, Threats 1. 

On February 18, 2017 at 5:52 pm, members of the Burrillville Police Department arrested Richard Dauphinee, age 35 of 44 Spring Street Pascoag, Rhode Island as the result of a vandalism complaint.  Dauphinee was charged with Malicious Injury to Property and brought before a Bail Commissioner prior to being released with a court date for 6th District Court.

On February 12, 2017 at 5:16 pm, members of the Burrillville Police Department arrested Jean Pierre Levesque, age 40 of 500 Broncos Highway Burrillville RI. This was the result of a call for service regarding a vehicle off the roadway on Broncos Highway. Levesque was charged with a Superior Court Full Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for cost review. Levesque will be held overnight and transported to court in the morning.

On February 12, 2017 at 5:16 pm, members of the Burrillville Police Department arrested Nathan Bliss, age 24 of 500 Broncos Highway Burrillville RI. This was the result of a call for service regarding a vehicle off the roadway on Broncos Highway. Bliss was charged with DUI 1st offense BAC Unknown and released on a summons to appear in 6th District Court. 

On February 12, 2017 at 2:57am, members of the Burrillville Police Department arrested Lloyd Card, age 23 of 31 Carovilli Street North Providence, Rhode Island. This was a result of a motor vehicle crash on Old Mill Street. Card was charged with a warrant for failing to appear for sentencing stemming from a Driving to Endanger charge out of North Providence. Card was later transported to the ACI.

For the week of February 5 to February 11, Burrillville Public Safety Departments responded to 357 calls for service. These include, Emergency Medical 38, Assault 1, Larceny 2, Motor Vehicle Theft 1, 911 Hang Up 1, Illegal Dumping 1, Erratic Driver 6, Site Check 243, Identity Theft 1, Fire 6, Fraud 1, VIN Check 7, Keep the Peace 1, Assist Another Agency 5, Accident 17, Alarm 7, DMV 3, Disturbance General 2, Abandoned Motor Vehicle 1, ATV/Dirt Bikes 1, Domestic Disturbance 1, Motorist Assist 1, Noise Complaint 2, Serve Summons/Subpoena 7, Wayward/Disobedient Child 1, Animal Complaint 1, Parking Violation 1, Well Being Check 5, Traffic Stop 76, Traffic Hazard 5, Harassment 1, Suspicious Activity 2, Threats 3. 

On February 11, 2017 at 10:36pm, members of the Burrillville Police Department arrested Allen Dias, age 47 of 107 Henry Street Uxbridge, Massachusetts. This was the result of a reported accident on Sayles Avenue. Dias was charged with Driving While Intoxicated-BAC Unknown and held overnight. Dias went before a Bail Commissioner in the morning and released with a date for 6th District Court.

On February 8, 2017 at 4:43pm, members of the Burrillville Police Department arrested a male juvenile. This was the result of an earlier lockdown at the Burrillville High School and additional information gathered. The juvenile was charged with Disorderly Conduct and remanded to the Rhode Island Training School awaiting a hearing in Family Court.

On February 8, 2017 at 7:40am, members of the Burrillville Police Department arrested a male juvenile. This was the result of an activated lockdown at Burrillville High School. The juvenile was charged with Disorderly Conduct and brought before Family Court where he was remanded to the Rhode Island Training School.

On February 6, 2017 at 12:30am, members of the Burrillville Police Department arrested Tamara Richardson, age 24 of 770 Lapham Farm Road Burrillville, Rhode Island. This was the result of a call for service regarding an erratic driver on Pascoag Main Street which had driven over a person’s foot.  Richardson was charged with Simple Assault and brought to 6th District Court in the morning. 

On February 5, 2017, at 1:16pm, members of the Burrillville Police Department arrested Gordon R. Jacques, age 61 of 406 South Main Street Pascoag, Rhode Island. This was the result of a follow up investigation regarding a disturbance from the night before. Jacques was charged with two counts of Violation of a No Contact Order and False Report of a Crime. Jacques went before a Bail Commissioner and remanded to the ACI.

For the week of January 29 to February 4, Burrillville Public Safety Departments responded to 540 calls for service. On February 4, 2017, at 10:00pm, members of the Burrillville Police Department arrested James Curtin, age 49, of 66 Ninth Street East Providence, Rhode Island. This was a result of a motor vehicle stop on South Main Street. Curtin was charged with DUI 1st offense and held overnight. Curtin was brought to 6th District Court in the morning for arraignment.

On February 4, 2017 at 5:12pm, members of the Burrillville Police Department arrested Nancy Bailey, age 49 of 147 Sayles Avenue Apt. 1, Woonsocket, Rhode Island. Officers had responded for a report of a disturbance at 67 Elm Road in Burrillville. Bailey was charged with Domestic Disorderly Conduct and released after going before a Bail Commissioner with a court date in 6th District Court.

On February 4, 2017 at 1:10am, members of the Burrillville Police Department arrested Terryl Mazon, age 45 of 4 Carver Court, Providence Rhode Island. This was as a result of a call for service regarding an erratic driver on Chapel Street. Mazon was charged with DUI .15/Greater and held overnight. Mazon went before a Bail Commissioner in the morning and remanded to the ACI as a Bail Violator with a court date to appear in 6th District Court.

On February 3, 2017 at 12:04am, members of the Burrillville Police Department arrested Brittney St. Lawrence, age 25 of 80 Ashbume Street Pawtucket Rhode Island. This was as a result for a call for service regarding an erratic driver on East Avenue. St. Lawrence was charged with DUI 2nd Offense and held overnight to be transported to 6th District Court in the morning.

On February 2, 2017 at 4:40pm, members of the Burrillville Police Department arrested Andre Ducharme age 55, of 94 Remington Avenue, Oakland Rhode Island. This was the result of officers executing a search warrant at the residence. Ducharme was charged with 2nd Degree Child Molestation. Ducharme was held overnight and brought to 6th District court in the morning for arraignment.

On February 2, 2017 at 3:27pm, members of the Burrillville Police Department arrested Michael A.  Lucas, age 40, of 366 Wood Street Bristol, Rhode Island. This was as a result of a motor vehicle stop on Broncos Highway. Lucas was charged with Felony Assault, High Speed Pursuit, Resisting Arrest, Obstructing an Officer, and Fugitive from Justice. Lucas was arraigned before a Bail Commissioner and remanded to the ACI.

On February 1, 2017 at 9:49pm, members of the Burrillville Police Department arrested John Keegler, age 56 of 1257 Smithfield Ave, Lincoln Rhode Island.  This was as a result of a motor vehicle stop on Broncos Highway. Keegler was charged with DUI 1st Offense .15 or Greater and was later released on a summons to appear in 6th District Court.

On January 28, 2017 at 11:22am, members of the Burrillville Police Department arrested John Boucher, age 26, of 189 Harrisville Main Street, Harrisville Rhode Island. Contact was made with Boucher at the Police Department where it was learned he had an extraditable warrant from Massachusetts. Boucher was charged as a Fugitive of Justice and appeared before a Bail Commissioner. Boucher was held without bail and will be presented in 6th District Court on January 30, 2017.

On January 27, 2017 at 10:55a.m., members of the Burrillville Police Department arrested Jeffrey Kenney, age 28, of 85 Grove Street, Pascoag Rhode Island. Kenney had previously been issued a No Contact Order from 6th District Court regarding a Domestic Violence charge. An investigation revealed Kenney violated this order and was charged with Violation of a No Contact Order. Kenney was transported to 6th District Court for an arraignment.

On January 26, 2017 at 3:05a.m., members of the Burrillville Police Department arrested Jeffrey Kenney, age 28, of 85 Grove Street, Pascoag Rhode Island. This was as a result of a call for service reporting a disturbance at the residence. Kenney was charged with Domestic-Simple Assault, Domestic-Vandalism, Domestic-Refusal to Relinquish a Telephone, and Domestic-Disorderly Conduct.  Jeffrey was held overnight and transported to 6th District Court for his arraignment.

On January 22, 2017, at 11:36am, members of the Burrillville Police Department conducted a traffic stop of a motor vehicle on Lapham Farm Road.  The operator of the vehicle, Rebecca Ball, age 26 of 46 South Main Street, Pascoag, was taken into custody for Driving without a license- 3rd offense.  Ball was given a summons to appear in 6th District Court on January 31, 2017 for her arraignment.

On January 21, 2017 at 11:52am, members of the Burrillville Police Department arrested Tonopi Phiensinh, age 33, of 54 Hemlock Road Chepachet, RI. This was as a result of a traffic stop on Broncos Highway. Phiensinh was charged with Driving While Under the Influence 1st Offense-BAC Unknown. Phiensinh went before a Bail Commissioner and remanded to the ACI with a court date to appear in 6th District Court.

On January 19, 2017 at 12:33am, members of the Burrillville Police Department arrested Robert Fournier, age 56, of 75 Crystal Terrace, Pascoag, RI. This was as a result of a traffic stop on South Main Street. Fournier was charged with Operating While Under the Influence 1st Offense-BAC Unknown. Fournier was released with a summons to appear in 6th District Court.

On January 18, 2017 at 11:51am, members of the Burrillville Police Department arrested Michael Williams, age 33, of 189 Pleasant View Avenue, Smithfield, RI.  This was as a result of a motor vehicle stop on Chapel Street. Williams was charged with having a warrant from 4th District Court for Failure to Appear for Pre-Trial on a Suspended License. Williams was transported to 4th District Court.  

On January 15, 2017 at 12:54am, members of the Burrillville Police Department arrested Michael Bond age 38, of 34 Lambert Road Thompson Connecticut.  This was as a result of a motor vehicle stop on Broncos Highway. Bond was charged with Driving While Under the Influence-1st Offense and held overnight. Bond was released after going before a Bail Commissioner with a court date in 6th District Court.

On January 9, 2017 at 5:23pm, members of the Burrillville Police Department arrested Gordon Jacques age 61, of 406 South Main Street. This was a result of a well -being check on a female at the residence. Jacques was charged with Domestic Simple Assault and Domestic Disorderly Conduct.  Jacques was held overnight and brought to 6th District court in the morning.

On January 4, 2017 at 11:08 pm, members of the Burrillville Police Department arrested Matthew Mandosa, age 33 of 113 Sayles Avenue Burrillville, Rhode Island. This was as a result of a motor vehicle stop. Mandosa was arrested on an active warrant for Failure to Appear for a Probation Violation stemming from a Violation of a No Contact Order. Mandosa was held overnight and brought to 6th District Court in the morning. 

On January 2, 2017 at 5:23pm, members of the Burrillville Police Department arrested Travis Bell, age 37 of 200 Tinkham Lane Apt 1200 Harrisville, Rhode Island. This was a result of a call for service regarding a disturbance at the residence. Bell was held overnight for arraignment in 6th District Court on charges of Domestic Simple Assault, Domestic Disorderly Conduct, and Failure to Relinquish the Telephone.

On January 1, 2017 at 3:20am, members of the Burrillville Police Department arrested Laura Martin, age 54 of 13 Bonney Lane Mansfield, MA. This was as a result of a call for service for a disturbance at a residence. Martin was charged with Domestic-Simple Assault 1st offense, and Domestic-Disorderly Conduct. Martin was brought before a Bail Commissioner and released with a court date in 6th District Court.

On December 31, 2016 at 5:12am, members of the Burrillville Police Department arrested Martin Bonilla, age 49 of 19 Pekin Street Providence, Rhode Island. This was as a result of a motor vehicle stop on Broncos Highway. Bonilla was charged with Driving Under the Influence BAC Unknown and later arraigned by a Bail Commissioner. Bonilla was released with a 6th District Court date to appear.

On December 31, 2016 at 2:23am, members of the Burrillville Police Department arrested John Wheeler Jr, age 35 of 50 Mapleville Main Street Mapleville, Rhode Island. This was as a result of a motor vehicle stop on Broncos Highway. Wheeler was charged with Driving Under the Influence BAC Unknown and later released with summonses to appear at 6th District Court.

On December 29, 2016 at 4:32 pm, members of the Burrillville Police Department arrested Vincent Butler, age 25 of 418 Washington Street Apt. 2, Coventry , RI for a Superior Court hold without bail bench warrant. The warrant was for a technical violation regarding an attempted Breaking and Entering charge. This arrest was the result of officers conducting a traffic stop on South Main Street. Butler was taken into custody and later transported to the ACI. 

On December 29, 2016 at 4:32 pm, members of the Burrillville Police Department arrested Christopher Charpentier, age 22 of 169 Mishnock Rd West Greenwich, RI for a hold without bail bench warrant. The warrant was for failing to appear for an arraignment for Driving on a Suspended/Revoked License. This arrest was the result of officers conducting a traffic stop on South Main Street. Charpentier was taken into custody and later transported to the ACI. 

On December 25, 2016 at 1:20 am, members of the Burrillville Police Department arrested Kylie Murphy, age 27 at her residence of 56 Church Street Pascoag Rhode Island. Officers had responded for a report of a fight in progress. Murphy was charged with Domestic Assault, Domestic Disorderly Conduct, and Resisting Arrest.  Murphy went before a Bail Commissioner and determined to be a Bail Violator. Murphy was remanded to the ACI with a date to appear in 6th District Court.

On December 25, 2016 at 1:20 am, members of the Burrillville Police Department arrested Kevin Murphy, age 60 at his residence of 56 Church Street Pascoag Rhode Island. Officers had responded for a report of a fight in progress. Murphy was charged with Domestic Assault and Domestic Disorderly Conduct. Murphy was brought before a Bail Commissioner and released with a date to appear in 6th District Court.

On December 22, 2016 at 12:29 am, members of the Burrillville Police Department arrested a male juvenile. This arrest was as a result of an investigation which began in October. The arrestee will be charged with Blackmail/Extortion, 2 counts of Indecent Solicitation of a Minor, Sexting Prohibited, Reckless Operation, and Willful Trespass. The juvenile will be summoned to Family Court.

On December 16, 2016 at 9:00 am, members of the Burrillville Police Department arrested Michael Gasbarro, age 28, of 131 Grove Street Pascoag Rhode Island. Gasbarro was arrested for a warrant for larceny out of Woonsocket, Rhode Island. Gasbarro was processed and transferred to the Woonsocket Police Department.

On December 13, 2016 at 7:29 am, members of the Burrillville Police Department conducted a traffic stop of a motor vehicle on Broncos Hwy.  The operator of the vehicle, Lawrence Livingstone, age 35, of 168 Veazie St., Providence, was taken into custody for Driving w/o a license-3rd offense or greater and an outstanding 6th District Court warrant.  Lawrence was brought to 6th District Court for his arraignment.

On December 10, 2016 at 9:02 pm, members of the Burrillville Police Department arrested Carla Scott, age 51, of 22 Colonial Road Harrisville Rhode Island. This was as a result of an erratic operator complaint. Scott will be charged with Driving While Under the Influence and later released with a summons to appear in 6th District Court.

On December 9, 2016 at 5:48 pm, members of the Burrillville Police Department arrested Joseph Casale age 27, of 12 Gazza Road Mapleville Rhode Island. This was as a result of a call for service regarding a violation of a Domestic No Contact Order. Casale was held as a bail violator and will be arraigned in 6th District Court.   

On December 9, 2016, members of the Burrillville Police Department issued a citation to appear in 6th District Court to Martha Johnson, age 63 of 13 Sanwood Drive, Harrisville, RI.  Johnson will be charged with Driving without/expired License 1st offense after failing to renew her license as requested.

On December 8th, 2016 at 9:50 pm, members of the Burrillville Police Department arrested Sarah Fitch age 54 of 609 Water Street Canterbury CT. This was as a result of a traffic stop which led to a suspicion of driving while under the influence investigation.  Fitch was charged with Driving While Under the Influence > .15 BAC. Fitch was held overnight and transported to 6th District Court.

On December 6, 2016 at 3:00 pm, members of the Burrillville Police Department arrested Terrance Dussault, age 19, of 128 Sayles Avenue Pascoag, Rhode Island on a warrant. A warrant had been issued based on a domestic violence investigation received on December 3, 2016. Dussault will be charged with Domestic Assault, Domestic Disorderly Conduct, and Domestic Failure to Relinquish the Telephone. Dussault was released with a court date in 6th District Court after going before a Bail Commissioner.

On December 4, 2016 at 9:46 PM members of the Burrillville Police Department arrested Jean Francois Dube, age 56, of 27 Hamlet Street in Woonsocket Rhode Island for Driving While Intoxicated .10-.15 BAC. This was as a result of a motor vehicle crash investigation where Dube was the operator. Dube was released with a court date in 6th District Court.

On December 4, 2016, at 5:21 PM members of the Burrillville Police Department arrested Shannon L. Murphy age 33, of 73 Gazza Road Mapleville Rhode Island for simple assault and disorderly conduct. This was as a result for a call for service regarding a disturbance. Murphy was released with a court date to appear in 6th District Court after going before a Bail Commissioner.

On December 3, 2016 at 12:15 AM members of the Burrillville Police Department arrested Maria Borino, age 50, of 696 Reservoir Road Pascoag, Rhode Island. This was as a result of a domestic disturbance at the residence. Borino was charged with Domestic Disorderly Conduct and was released with a court date to appear in 6th District Court after going before a Bail Commissioner.


On December 1, 2016 at 7:50 PM members of the Burrillville Police Department arrested Sandra Tetreault, age 50, of 514 Eagle Peak Road Pascoag, Rhode Island. This was as a result of a domestic disturbance at the residence. Tetreault was charged with Domestic Felony Assault and Domestic Failure to Relinquish the Telephone. Tetreault was released with a court date to appear in 6th District Court after going before a Bail Commissioner.

On December 1, 2016 at 1:18 AM members of the Burrillville Police Department arrested Joseph Casale, age 27, of 12 Gazza Road Mapleville, Rhode Island. This was as a result of a domestic disturbance at the residence. Casale was charged with Domestic Assault, Domestic Disorderly, and Domestic Failure to Relinguish the Telephone. Casale was held overnight and brought to 6th District Court in the morning.

On November 29, 2016 at 0057 Members of the Burrillville Police Department responded to a motor vehicle accident on Victory Highway.  As a result of their investigation, Brandi Rose, age 27, of 382 Cronin Rd West Brookfield, Mass was taken into custody for suspicion of DUI 1st offense BAC unknown. Rose was released on a summons to appear in 6th District Court.

On November 27th, 2016 at 8:28 pm, Members of the  Burrillville Police Department conducted a motor vehicle stop with a vehicle being operated by Zachary Lemay ,age 25, of 12 Walker Ave, Lincoln RI.  As a result of an investigation it was determined Lemay's license was suspended and the registration was not active. Lemay was taken into custody without incident as this was a third offense for the suspended license and  marijuana.  Lemay was transported to the station where he was processed and released on several summonses to appear in 6th District Court and RITT. 

On November 26th, 2016 at 9:27am, Devon Kinsey ,age 40, was taken into custody by Members of the Burrillville Police Department as the result of a traffic stop for Driving on a Suspended License and an active Bench Warrant for a Reciprocal Body Attachment.  Kinsey was transported to the station, processed, and was later transported to the ACI.

On November 26th, 2016 at 10:15pm, Andrew Soucy,age 28, was taken into custody by Members of the Burrillville Police Department as the result of a traffic stop for Driving on a Suspended License with Certain Violations.  Soucy was transported to the station where he was processed and released on a summons to appear in 6th District Court.

On November 23, 2016 at 2:52 am, Members of the Burrillville Police Department arrested Joseph Cooke age 36 of 89 Church Street Burrillville, RI for DUI 1st offense .10 - .15. This was a result of officers investigating a vehicle parked in the middle of High Street. Cooke was summonsed to appear in 6th District Court on December 6th 2016.

On November 17, 2016 at 7:17 PM, Members of the Burrillville Police Department arrested Robert E. Gustafson, age 38, of 12 Staghead Parkway Burrillville Rhode Island for a domestic disturbance which occurred at the residence. Gustafson was taken into custody and will be charged with Domestic Failure to Relinquish the Telephone. Gustafson was released after going before a Bail Commissioner and summonsed to 6th District Court.

On November 17, 2016 Members of the Burrillville Police Department arrested Edward K. Zimmerman, age 24, of 1350 Douglas Pike, Burrillville Rhode Island. This was as a result of call for service regarding a large bonfire in the rear of the residence.  Zimmerman was charged with 7th Degree Arson and was summonsed to appear in  6th District Court.

On November 16th, 2016 at 1:25 pm, Alexander Shippee age 20, of 55 North Shore Road turned himself into the Burrillville Police due to having two 6th District Court Bench Warrants stemming from charges out of Lincoln Police Department.  Alexander was brought to 6th District Court.

On November 16th 2016, Members of the Burrillville Police Department responded to Lapham Farm Rd for an unwanted intoxicated male.  As a result of an investigation, Matthew Alix age 28 of 42 Forest Avenue, Seekonk, MA charged with Disorderly Conduct.   He was brought to 6th District Court.

On November 13, 2016, Members of the Burrillville Police Department arrested Michelle A. Raymond, age 38, of 162 2nd Avenue Woonsocket, Rhode Island. This was as a result of a motor vehicle stop on Broncos Highway. Raymond was charged with Driving While Intoxicated .15 BAC or greater and was released with a summons to appear in 6th District Court.

On November 11th, 2016 at 1:54 pm, Burrillville Police Officers responded to 123 Gazza Road attempting to locate Kimberly Mancini age  38 on a Warrant.  Mancini was taken into custody without incident and transported to the station.  Mancini was transported to the ACI.

On November 10, 2016, at 9:52 PM Members of the Burrillville Police Department arrested David Nunes, age 22, of 295 Lake Shore Drive Pascoag, Rhode Island. This was as a result of a motor vehicle stop in which narcotics were located inside the vehicle. Nunes was taken into custody and will be charged with possession of marijuana over 1 ounce. Nunes was later released with summons to appear in 6th District Court.

On November 8th, 2016 at 5:39 pm, Members of the Burrillville Police  responded to 240 Cherry Farm Road for a report of a B&E in progress.  Upon investigation, Burrillville Police officers were able to identify a suspect, Ryan Montminy.    Burrillville Police Officers responded to 102 Laurel Hill and arrested Ryan Montminy,age  29 without incident.  He was  charged with Breaking and Entering and he was transported to 6th District Court, Providence the next day.

On November 7th, 2016 at 10:20am, a Member of the Burrillville Police on patrol on Bronco Highway observed a traffic violation of another vehicle.  The Burrillville Police Officer conducted a motor vehicle stop on Bronco Highway  and  identified the operator as Steven Bassett, age 47, 305 Buck Hill Road, Pascoag, RI.  The Burrillville Police officer detected a smell associated with marijuana during the motor vehicle stop.   As a result of an investigation, 2.1 pounds of marijuana were seized from the vehicle.  Steven Bassett was taken into custody.  He was charged with Manufacturing/Possessing/ Delivering Marijuana and he was transported to 6th District Court.

On October 24, 2016, at 12:20 PM, members of the Burrillville Police Department arrested Ryan Montminy, 29, 102 Laurel Hill Avenue, Pascoag, Rhode Island for Larceny under $1500.  This was as a result of an investigation of Shoplifting at the IGA.  Ryan Montminy was brought to 6th District Court for arraignment.


On October 17th, 2016 at 11:34 am members of the Burrillville Police Department  arrested Jordan Leduc, age 26 of 111 Grove Lane for Disorderly Conduct.  Jordan was transported to the station then brought to 6th District Court for arraignment.

On October 14, 2016 at 5 p.m. Burrillville police officers conducted a traffic stop with a vehicle on South Main St.  During the stop, officers learned the occupants had an active No Contact Order between the two of them.  A female, Shianne Bourbeau, age 21, of 15 Highland Dr., Chepachet, was taken into custody and charged with violation of a No Contact Order.  She appeared before a bail commissioner and was released on personal recognizance.

On October 14, 2016 at 6 p.m. Jennifer Bernard, age 44, of 24 Shea Ln., Pascoag, was charged with Fraudulent Use of a Credit Card and Larceny o/$1500 after a lengthy investigation.  She was arraigned before a judge in 6th District Court and released on personal recognizance.

On October 14, 2016 at 8:30 p.m. Burrillville police officers conducted a traffic stop with a vehicle on Broncos Hwy.  The operator, Jason Lajoie, age 40, of 180 S. Main St., Archibald, PA, was summoned for Driving with a Suspended License and was given a court date to appear at a later date in 6th District Court.

On October 14, 2016 at 8:45 p.m. Burrillville police officers conducted a traffic stop with a vehicle on South Main St.  During the stop, officers learned the occupants had an active No Contact Order between the two of them.  Robert Siemering, age 31, of 10 Highland St., Woonsocket, RI, was taken into custody and .  He appeared before a bail commissioner and was released on personal recognizance.

On October 7, 2016, at 9:42 PM, members of the Burrillville Police Department arrested Rick Wood, age 20, of 108 Money Hill Road Glocester, Rhode Island. This was as a result of an erratic driver complaint which resulted in a motor vehicle stop. Rick Wood was subsequently arrested for Driving While Under the Influence BAC-Unknown. Rick Wood was released with a summons to appear in 6th District Court.

On October 8, 2016, at 2:00 AM Members of the Burrillville Police Department arrested Sarah Lunn, age 21, of 88 Maple Hill Drive, Burrillville Rhode Island. This was as a result of a motor vehicle stop in which it was confirmed Sara Lunn had an active warrant for arrest stemming from a previous manufacturing/possession/deliver of a controlled substance charge. Sara Lunn was held overnight and went before a Bail Commissioner.

On September 25, 2016 at 2:10AM Members of the Burrillville Police arrested Amanda Coburn, age 35, 191 Barton St, Pawtucket, RI 02860.  The arrest was a result of a traffic accident investigation. It was determined during the investigation, Coburn attempted to strike a person while fleeing the scene.  Coburn was charged with DUI 1st offense BAC unknown and felony assault with a dangerous weapon.  She was held overnight and brought before a Bail Commissioner


On September 24, 2016 at 7:39PM, Members of the Burrillville Police conducted a traffic stop on Chapel Street and identified the operator, Kyle Gath, age 33,180 Berkshire St, Providence, RI 02908.  It was determined during the traffic stop, Gath had two active bench warrants. Gath was taken into custody.   He was later transported to the ACI.


On September 17th, 2016 at 11:00 pm Members of the Burrillville Police arrested Nadine Erickson age 43, 77 Spring Street as the result of a traffic stop.   Nadine Erickson displayed signs of impairment.  She was later taken into custody without incident.  Nadine Erickson is charged with DUI First Offense BAC Unknown, Failure to Submit to a Chemical Test, and two counts of DUI Endangering Minors.  She was later brought before a bail commissioner and released on $10,000 personal recognizance.


On September 17, 2016 at 1031 PM, Members of the Burrillville Police Department arrested David Sutherland, age 62 of 304 Arthurs Way, Burrillville for Driving While Intoxicated-BAC Unknown. This was as a result of a motor vehicle stop for a traffic violation. Sutherland was taken into custody and later released with a court date to appear in Sixth District Court.


On September 15, 2016 Members of the Burrillville Police summonsed a 17 year old to Family Court, Providence for B&E, Larceny and Possession of Alcohol-Underage person.   The arrest was a result of a follow up investigation.


On September 15, 2016 Burrillville Police officers arrested Donald Smith, age 29, 70 Griffin Street in Warwick, RI for Operating a vehicle after his license was suspended and a bench warrant.  The arrest was a result of a motor vehicle stop for an unregistered vehicle.   Additionally, Smith was issued a citation for several motor vehicle violations.  Smith was transported to the Adult Correctional Institution (ACI).

On September 10, 2016 Burrillville Police Officers arrested Kyle Bousquet, age 27, 845 Jackson School House Road, Pascoag on charges of DUI 1st Offense, BAC Unknown, Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test, 2nd Offense, as well as several motor vehicle violations.  This was the result of a call for a roll over accident on West Ironstone Rd.  Bousquet was given a summons to appear in Sixth District Court.


On September 8, 2016 at 10:30 PM, Burrillville Police Officers arrested Aaron Lacasse, age 29, 270 Old Snake Hill Road, Glocester who was wanted for a Burglary charge.  The arrest was the result of a Burrillville Police Department warrant issued for Lacasse, who was taken into custody by the South Kingstown PD.  Lacasse was held overnight pending an appearance in Sixth District Court.


On September 8, 2016 at 9:10 PM, Members of the Burrillville Police Department arrested Marquis Moreino, age 23, 229 Harrisville Main St. Harrisville, on a charge of Violation of a Restraining Order.  The arrest was the result of a call for a prowler at that address.  Moreino was held overnight at police headquarters pending an appearance in Sixth District Court.


On September 8, 2016 at 6:40 PM. Burrillville Police Officers arrested Brandon Ross, age 30, 1880 Douglas Pike, Nasonville who was wanted on a Superior Court Warrant.  Ross was also found to have a knife in his possession with a blade longer than three inches.  Consequently he was also charged with Weapons other than Firearms Prohibited.  The arrest was the result of a call for an illegally parked vehicle, which Ross was operating.  Ross appeared before a Bail Commissioner and released pending an appearance in Sixth District Court.


 On September 6, 2016 at 10:25 PM, Burrillville Police Officers arrested Stephen M. Stimpson, age 20, 843 Union St. Bangor, Maine on Possession of Schedule 1 Narcotics with intent to Deliver, Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.  The arrest was the result of a traffic stop on a suspicious vehicle which had been reported by the Glocester Police Department.  Mr. Stimpson was arraigned in Sixth District Court and ordered held without bail at the Adult Correctional Institution.

On September 2, 2016 at 5:30 PM, Burrillville Police Officers arrested Zan Kryla, age 60, 963 Chalkstone Avenue, Providence on a warrant for Larceny and Fraudulent Use of a Credit Card.  The arrest was the result of a complaint filed with the department on June 15, 2016.  Mr. Kryla was brought before a Bail Commissioner and released on Personnel Recognizance with a date to appear in Sixth District Court.


On September 1, 2016 at 8:30 PM, Burrillville Police Officers arrested James Blanchard, age 42, 65 Sayles Avenue Pascoag, on charges of Domestic Failure to Relinquish a Telephone and Domestic Disorderly Conduct.  The arrest was the result of a disturbance call at that address.  Mr. Blanchard appeared before a Bail Commissioner and was released on Personal Recognizance with a date to appear in Sixth District Court.  He was also ordered to have no contact with the victim. 


On August 28, 2016 at 9:15 PM, Burrillville Police Officers arrested James MacHamer, age 39, 42 North Main St. North Smithfield, RI on an active warrant for Attempted Larceny and Simple Assault stemming from an incident in Smithfield, RI.  The arrest was the result of information received from the Connecticut State Police that Mr. MacHamer was in route to an establishment in Burrillville.  Upon arriving at that establishment, he was taken into custody.  Mr. MacHamer was transported to police headquarters and subsequently turned over to the Smithfield Police Department.
