On April 7, 2024 at 6:09 p.m. members of the Burrillville Police Department arrested Quincy Deschene, age 18, of 38 North Main St., Apt. 1A, Uxbridge, MA. This was the result of a disturbance on Victory Hwy. Mr. Deschene was charged with Domestic-Felony Assault, Domestic Violence-Simple Assault and/or Battery, 1st offense, Weapons other than Firearms Prohibited, and Domestic Violence-Disorderly Conduct, 1st offense. Mr. Deschene was brought before a Bail Commissioner and was released on a summons to appear in the RI 6th District Court at a later date.
On April 8, 2024 at 6:02 p.m. members of the Burrillville Police Department arrested a 17 year old juvenile. The juvenile was charged with two (2) counts of Simple Assault and/or Battery and Disorderly Conduct. The juvenile will be referred to the RI Family Court at a later date.
On April 8, 2024 at 7:24 p.m. members of the Burrillville Police Department arrested Catalyna E. Smith, age 29, of 2076 Wallum Lake Rd., Apt. 4, Pascoag, RI. Ms. Smith was taken into custody on an outstanding warrant issued by the Woonsocket Police Department. Ms. Smith was processed and transferred custody to the Woonsocket PD for her arraignment.
On April 10, 2024 at 7:19 p.m. members of the Burrillville Police Department arrested David Caruso, age 47, of 28 Quissett Rd., Mendon, MA. This was the result of a call for a disturbance on Ramies Ln. Mr. Caruso was charged with Domestic Violence-Disorderly Conduct, 1st offense. Mr. Caruso was brought before a Bail Commissioner and was released on a summons to appear in the RI 6th District Court at a later date.
On April 11, 2024 at 5:06 p.m. members of the Burrillville Police Department arrested Ryan P. Burrill, age 39, of 1341 Victory Hwy., Mapleville, RI. This was the result of a lengthy investigation conducted by members of this Department. Mr. Burrill was charged with Domestic Violence-Simple Assault and/or Battery, 1st offense and Domestic Violence-Disorderly Conduct, 1st offense. Mr. Burrill was brought before a Bail Commissioner and was released on a summons to appear in the RI 6th District Court at a later date.
On April 11, 2024 at 11:09 p.m. members of the Burrillville Police Department arrested Danieli S. Viveiros, age 44, of 20 Mill St., Johnston, RI. This was the result of a call for a motor vehicle crash on Douglas Pike. Ms. Viveiros was charged with DUI, BAC Unknown, 2nd offense and Reckless Driving and other Offenses Against Public Safety, 1st offense. Ms. Viveiros was held overnight and was transported to the RI 6th District Court the following morning for her arraignment.
On April 12, 2024 at 8:29 p.m. members of the Burrillville Police Department arrested a 15 year old juvenile. The juvenile was charged with Simple Assault and/or Battery and Disorderly Conduct. The juvenile will be referred to the RI Family Court at a later date.
On April 13, 2024 at 2:45 a.m. members of the Burrillville Police Department arrested Benjamin M. Spaulding, age 35, of 810 Round Top Rd., Harrisville, RI. This was the result of a call for a medical emergency on Pascoag Main St. Mr. Spaulding was charged with being a Fugitive from Justice. Mr. Spaulding was brought before a Bail Commissioner and remanded to the Adult Correctional Institute.
On April 14, 2024 at 1:53 p.m. members of the Burrillville Police Department arrested Stephen W. Craveiro, age 39, of 575 Hill Rd., Harrisville, RI. This was the result of a call for a disturbance on Hill Rd. Mr. Craveiro was charged with Domestic Violence-Simple Assault and/or Battery, 1st offense and Domestic Violence-Disorderly Conduct, 1st offense. Mr. Craveiro was brought before a Bail Commissioner and was released on a summons to appear in the RI 6th District Court at a later date.
On April 14, 2024 at 6:13 p.m. members of the Burrillville Police Department arrested Alyssa M. Lightbrown, age 35, of 1341 Victory Hwy., Mapleville, RI. This was the result of a lengthy investigation conducted by members of this Department. Ms. Lightbrown was charged with Simple Assault and/or Battery and Disorderly Conduct. Ms. Lightbrown was brought before a Bail Commissioner and was released on a summons to appear in the RI 6th District Court at a later date.
On April 14, 2024 at 6:55 p.m. members of the Burrillville Police Department arrested Ashley A. Lightbrown, age 37, of 13 Arcade St., Whitinsville, MA. This was the result of a lengthy investigation conducted by members of this Department. Ms. Lightbrown was charged with Simple Assault and/or Battery, Furnishing/Procurement Alcoholic Beverages for Underage Persons, 1st offense, and Disorderly Conduct. Ms. Lightbrown was brought before a Bail Commissioner and was released on a summons to appear in the RI 6th District Court at a later date.
