• Art – 17 students have registered for the next session of art.
• Boot Camp – Bootcamp classes has added a once per month 2 hour boot camp held on a Saturday.
February class to be held February 25th. Class filled to the 25 max within 3 days of posting on
Facebook.
• Breakfast with the Easter Bunny/Egg hunt – Contacted Uncle Ronnie’s regarding food. Dave and Buster’s
to send a $25 gift certificate and an Eat and Play Family 4 Pack to use as raffles. Requested donation of
coffee, hot chocolate and donuts from Dunkin Donuts. Ordered Easter Baskets and eggs. Working on
flyer. School Dude request has been approved. Working on Press Release. Volunteer secured to play
the Easter Bunny.
• Earth Day Cleanup – Event scheduled for April 22. Kick of meeting held in January. Waste
Management to cover the cost of the t-shirts. Shirts have been ordered. Lions club to arrange for
donut/coffee/hot chocolate donations. Contacted KBVB regarding the supply of gloves and bags. Earth
Day giveaway items ordered. Signs dropped off at East Coast for the date change.
• Sunshine Club–January meeting had 8 volunteers who made 42 gifts. Next meeting scheduled for January
23rd.

Review Maps of Parks in Burrillville
-Suggestions from last Recreation Commission meeting being review

Father Holland School
-Discussed as possible new location for Parks and Recreation Center
