Mission
It is the mission of the Town Clerk’s Office to work in cooperation with the Town Council, town departments and community groups to provide quality service and information to the public. We are dedicated to the preservation of vital records and historical documents for the benefit of the community.

Land Evidence
For information about visiting our land evidence vault or doing land evidence recordings, please see our web page here.

Can't make it in? We also offer lots of services online, including vital records, dog licenses, land evidence, voter registration, fishing/hunting licenses and more. You can find a complete list of services, with links, on our website here.

Drop Box
You may also utilize our drop box located outside our back door.  This box is big enough to accommodate large envelopes and small packages. The drop box is emptied twice a day. If you require anything sent back to you, please include a self-addressed, stamped envelope.

Notary Public
Notary public services are available at no charge in the town clerk’s office during all regular hours.  The person whose signature is being notarized must be present and identification is required.
