Has Invenergy considered bringing a portable cement manufacturing plant onto the site to resolve the problem of trucking through the area? If not, why not?
There is ample local supply of concrete. Use of a separate batch plant installed on site is not warranted. Only a relatively small amount of concrete is needed relative to a batch throughput capacity.
