Has the company extended solar or wind applications to public areas such as schools or other municipal buildings to mitigate local impacts?
We are exploring other locations for utility scale solar projects in Rhode Island (projects that are 3 MW in size and up). Invenergy does not develop roof top solar projects and cannot provide power to retail customers because providing power to retail customers would violate its EWG status with FERC.
