It appears that the site entrance at Wallum Lake Road is down gradient of the project. Is this correct? Could additional storm water storage be required at the entrance to prevent storm water flows from being increased onto Wallum Lake Road?
The current stormwater plan includes stormwater management “Best Management Practices” along the proposed access road to mitigate increased flowrates in accordance with Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management regulations. Additional stormwater attenuation at the site entrance to Wallum Lake Road is not anticipated at this time.
