18-1 Storm Water
The Addendum submitted to the EFSB on August 30, 2016 refers to a “Preliminary Stormwater Management Plan for Clear River Energy Center.” This Plan was not included in the Addendum submittal. Please provide a copy of this document.
The draft Stormwater Management Plan referred to in this request was filed with the Board on September 27, 2016. A paper copy of this draft plan, along with the draft Soil and Erosion Control Plan (also filed with the Board on September 27, 2016), is also being mailed to the Town’s attorney via Federal Express.
