22-17 Water Supply Plant
Please specifically identify and explain the status of the "all necessary permits and/or local approvals" needed as described in the last paragraph of 2.0 of the Water Supply Plan.
Once the site for the truck filling station, to be located in Johnston, has been selected, Invenergy will begin the permitting process as needed with the Town of Johnston with regard to any new real estate and the new Water Transport Facility, as referenced in the Agreement on Page 3. If Invenergy chooses to buy an existing facility, the permitting requirements, if any, will be determined and processed at that time.
