UPDATED Final Hearing of the Invenergy Thermal Development LLC Application

Based on the November 27, 2017 decision of the Energy Facility Siting Board, final hearing of the Invenergy Thermal Development LLC application to construct the Clear River Energy Center power plant in Burrillville, RI will be starting on July 19, 2018. Location: RI Public Utilities Commission Hearing Room, 89 Jefferson Boulevard, Warwick, RI 02888.

Public Comments: It’s the Town’s expectation that the EFSB will not take oral public comment this hearing.

Attendance & Viewing: The EFSB has limited space. The hearing will be streamed live at the following web address: www.ustream.tv/channel/WqQyXw296dg.

Final Decision: According to EFSB rules, The Board shall issue its Final Decision not later than one hundred twenty (120) days after the commencement of final hearings or not later than sixty (60) days after all testimony and evidence has been received, whichever time period is shorter.
