• Boot Camp – Instructor had 808 participants for the month of July.
• Burrillville Weekend Snack Pack Program – The Lalurue fundraiser brought in $134 for the Snack Pack
Program, Taco Shop Fundraiser brought in $290, Sewer Department donated $500, and a resident having a
birthday party is asking for Snack Pack Donations instead of gifts. So far $50 in donations has been
received. Packing Session was held on August 9th to prepare for the 2017/18 School Year.
• Facebook/Newsletters/Website- August calendar distributed. Working on fall newsletter.
• Forever Fit – 12 participants in the month of July. Green Festival – Save the date information sent to all
past vendors.
• Green Fest – Scheduled for September 9th with a rain date of September 23rd. Signs and banner are up
around Town. Working on Trifold Flyer. 21 vendors scheduled to date. Barbecue food truck secured.
• Summer Programs– Art Camp had 28 participants, Hoops Camp had 37 participants, Archery has 11
registered to date. Audubon was cancelled due to lack of enrolment. MultiSport had 11 participants. Tennis
had 5 participants for the junior program and 4 for the adults.
• Sunshine Club– July meeting had 5 volunteers that made 30 gifts. Next meeting scheduled for August 28th.
• Tap to Fitness – Instructor taking July and August off due to family emergency.

-New webcams installed and working well
-Overall season has been successful
Oakland Bike Path & Park Sketches
-Addressing DEM issues, ie old train tracks, possible litter issues with picnic area
-Grant money needs to be used with a year
