Meetings

The Redevelopment Agency meets the fourth Tuesday of every month at 7:00 p.m. in the Jesse M. Smith Library, Community Room, 100 Tinkham Ln., Harrisville, RI  02830.  

At their meeting of August 28, 2005, the Redevelopment Agency established an agenda deadline date and time as follows:

• For regularly scheduled monthly meetings the deadline for agenda items from Agency members and the general public is the preceding Tuesday at 4:00 p.m.
• Special meetings of the Agency will follow the rules for open meetings and if an agenda deadline is established, it will be at the call of the chairperson.

Note:  The Chairman reserves the right to add, delete or modify the agenda as needed to coordinate and facilitate the meetings and meeting schedules.
