Cart Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your trash or recycling cart for a larger or smaller cart, call the refuse and recycling department to be sure your desired size is in stock. 

• Carts must be clean and emply.  Dirty / smelly carts will not be accepted. 
• There is no charge to exchange for a smaller trash or recycle cart, or a for a larger recycle cart.  
• There is a $50 one time fee to exchange your 65 gallon trash cart for a larger trash cart.  
• DPW hours are Monday - Friday 6:30am - 3:00pm. 
•  **Cart exchanges are subject to availability.  Call/email first to be sure your desired size is in stock**
