What do I do if My Solid Waste or Recycling Cart was not emptied?

If your solid waste or recycling cart was not emptied, please contact Waste Management at 1-800-972-4545.  The automated system will ask you for an account number.  Say "I don't have one".  Then say "missed pickup".  It will then connect you to a customer service rep who can help.

If you received an Orange or Green tag please follow the directions on the notice for proper disposal/proper cart placement.
