Budget Board Regular Meeting

REGULAR MEETING of the Burrillville Budget Board to be held January 14, 2016 at 7:00 P.M. in the Town Building, 105 Harrisville Main St., Harrisville, RI 02830

MEMBERS:  Arthur R. Hurley, Donison Allen, Judy Aubin, Nathan St. Pierre and Robert Tetreault. Alternate Members Dennis Anderson and Karen Francisco.

MEMBERS ABSENT:

Staff/Ex Officio Members: Finance Director John P. Mainville; Treasurer Mark A. Adams

MINUTES: That the question of accepting the minutes of the regular meeting held March 26, 2015 and the question of dispensing with the reading of said minutes; be now taken up.

New Business:  Introduction of new alternate Budget Board member

Consider and act on Special Appropriations:

The purpose of the meeting is for the Burrillville Budget Board to meet with various representatives of organizations requesting special appropriation for the FY2017 budget relative to their budget requests.

Note: Organizations will be addressed on a first-come/first-served basis.
