Budget Board Regular Meeting

REGULAR MEETING of the Burrillville Budget Board to be held Thursday, February 4, 2016 at 6:30 P.M. in the Town Building, 105 Harrisville Main St., Harrisville, RI 02830

MEMBERS:  Arthur R. Hurley, Dennis Anderson, Judy Aubin, Nathan St. Pierre and Robert Tetreault and alternate Member Karen Francisco.

MEMBERS ABSENT:

Staff/Ex Officio Members: Finance Director John P. Mainville; Treasurer Mark A. Adams

1. MINUTES: That the question of accepting the minutes of the regular meeting held January 28, 2016 and the question of dispensing with the reading of said minutes; be now taken up.
2. Consider and act on Town Budgets:

• Meet with Burrillville School Administration and School Committee relative to their operating budget and CIP request for FY 2017.
• Deliberate on Department CIP Requests
• Deliberate on Special Appropriation requests 
• Deliberate on Department Operating Budget Requests
