Notice Ordinance Change

At their meeting of Wednesday, May 8, 2024 the Burrillville Town Council adopted amendments to the Revised General Ordinance of the Town Of Burrillville, RI 2004, as follows:
- To extinguish bond authorizations from 1987 in accordance with Rhode Island General Law § 45-12-31. Read full text of the amendments here. This amendment shall take effect upon passage.
- To extinguish bond authorizations from 1989 in accordance with Rhode Island General Law § 45-12-31. Read full text of the amendments here. This amendment shall take effect upon passage.
- Chapter 8 entitled Businesses and Licensing, Article II entitled Alcoholic Beverages, Sec. 8-55 Class B and C license rules to update the conditions for the service of alcoholic beverages on a deck or patio by a business that holds a valid liquor license in response to the Outdoor Dining act enacted into law this year.
