Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Board of Review will hold a public hearing on May 14, 2024, at 7:00 pm in Burrillville Town Hall Council Chambers located at 105 Harrisville Main Street when all persons interested will be heard for or against the granting of the following application under the Zoning Ordinance:

CASE 2024-04: Mooney, Alfred, applicant and owner of the property located at 25 Wood Side Road in the village of Glendale, town of Burrillville, Assessor’s Map 130 Lot 049 located in the R-40 zone, has filed an application for a Variance to construct a shed, requesting 12’ of relief from the required 15’ side setback in an R-40 Zone under Zoning Ordinances, Article IV Zoning District Dimensional Regulations, Section 30-111 Table of Dimensional Regulations, Table II, R-40 Suburban Residential District, Minimum Side Yard Setback of 15’
