Data requests & responses

The Energy Facility Siting Board (EFSB) rules allow intervenors to submit data requests about applications before the Board. As of May 6, 2016, the Town, as intervenors, has submitted eight data requests that total more than 160 questions. The data requests submitted by the Town, as well as other parties, are available on-line at the EFSB website.

Invenergy has 15 days to respond to data requests. The time can be shortened or extended by agreement or order. As data responses are received at the EFSB, they are also posted on-line. Responses to the first five sets of data requests submitted by the Town of Burrillville have been received. They are also posted at the EFSB site.

When responses are received, if they are unclear or more information is required, additional data requests are submitted.
