The Energy Facility Siting Board’s (EFSB) has issued a Preliminary Decision and Order in Docket No. SB-2015-06 – Invenergy’s application for the Clear River Energy Center. The Energy Facility Siting Board has scheduled a Public Hearing for Thursday, March 31, 2016 at 6:00 p.m. in the Burrillville High School Cafeteria. Details are included on the EFSB notice.
