Process for Review

The Energy Facility Siting Board (EFSB) issued orders for advisory opinions to a number of Burrillville officials. To assist the Burrillville people with their work, the Town has hired consultants with expertise in the areas that are being studied.

Oleg Nikolyszyn, Town Solicitor, issued the attached memorandum providing details about the roles of the experts and the Burrillville officials. The workshop procedure is also explained.

Attached to the memo is a list of many of the requests for data filed with the EFSB by the Town of Burrillville.

Requests for data from the Town of Burrillville and other interveners in the application of Invenergy, as well as responses, are posted to the EFSB website as they are submitted. They can be reviewed here. Look for "Data Requests" and "Data Responses" towards the bottom of the page.
