MEETING of the Ordinance Subcommittee of the Town Council to be held Thursday, September 22, 2016 at 4:00 P.M. in the Town Building, 105 Harrisville Main St., Harrisville, RI 02830

I. Minutes
 
MOTION to accept the minutes of the August 2, 2016 meeting and dispense with the reading of said minutes; to be considered and acted on.
 

II. Business to be considered and acted on:

  1. Consider and act on proposal to better control traffic flow at East Wallum Lake Road and Wallum Lake Road. (Note: tabled from previous meeting. The administration is working with the state on this matter.)
  2. Consider and act on establishing an ordinance pursuant to RIGL Title 44, Taxation, Sec. 44-3-63, Historical cemeteries.
  3. Consider and act on requesting amendments to Chapter 22 of Rhode Island Public Laws of 1973 as it relates to the dollar tax credits provided to Senior citizens.
  4. Consider and act on  an amendment to the Revised General Ordinances of the Town of Burrillville, Chapter 30, Zoning, Sec. 30-211, Ground Mounted Solar photovoltaic installations, to allow RI medium scale Feed In Tariff solar projects rated 250 kW DC and below in General Commercial, Light Industrial, General Industrial and Village Commercial zoning districts by special use permit.
