ENERGY FACILITY SITING BOARD
NOTICE OF OPEN MEETING

Pursuant to the provisions of the Rhode Island Open Meetings Act, R.I. Gen. Laws §42-46-6(b), the public is hereby notified that the Energy Facility Siting Board (Board) will conduct an Open Meeting on Thursday, June 20, 2019 at 10:00 AM in Hearing Room A of the Public Utilities Commission Offices, 89 Jefferson Boulevard, Warwick, Rhode Island. The Board will discuss and/or vote on the matters listed below. Because this Open Meeting is not a hearing, the Board will not be accepting oral public comments. The public can watch at the following web address: www.ustream.tv/channel/WqQyXw296dg.  Materials related to these matters are available upon request to the Board’s Coordinator and at www.ripuc.org/efsb.

• Docket SB-2015-06 — Invenergy Thermal Development LLC’s Application to Construct the Clear River Energy Center Power Plant in Burrillville, RI.  Pursuant to R.I. Gen. Laws § 42-98-11(b)-(c), the Board will discuss and issue a final decision to grant or deny a license to the applicant.  The Board anticipates its deliberation on this matter to continue multiple days and is noticing each of those days separately.  All Board notices can be found on file with the Secretary of State online at
