The Burrillville Town Council strongly opposes the siting of the Clear River Energy Center at the proposed site on Wallum Lake Road, Burrillville. As noted in the past, the  Town Council understands that the best way for the Town to defeat this proposal is to make a solid, fact-based case to the Energy Facility Siting Board (EFSB). One way the Town has established the case is through in-depth study by experts hired by the Town. Part of their study is to submit data request to Invenergy following the EFSB procedure. To date, the Town has submitted more than 300 questions.

Periodically, these data requests are arranged in a comprehensive list by topic. This list by topic has recently been updated and is available on the Town’s website. Please follow this link.
