Final Hearing: Energy Facility Siting Board

NOTICE OF FINAL HEARING

Pursuant to the provisions of R.I. Gen. Laws §§ 42-98 and 42-35, in particular § 42-98-11, and Rule 1.12 of its Rules of Practice and Procedure (Rules), the Energy Facility Siting Board (Board) will conduct final hearings regarding the above-captioned matter on Thursday, October 13, 2016 beginning at 9:00 AM in Hearing Room A of the Public Utilities Commission office building, 89 Jefferson Boulevard, Warwick, Rhode Island. Given the pendency of a motion to change the location of the hearing, the location of the hearing is subject to change.

Pursuant to Rules 1.8(a) and 1.18(c), the hearing will continue from day to day, time to time, and place to place, as required. Per Rule 1.10(d)(1), the deadline to file and serve motions for intervention in this docket is Friday, September 23, 2016.
