NOTICE OF HEARING
The Energy Facility Siting Board (Board) will hear oral argument on Friday, September 15, 2017 beginning at 1:30 PM, in Hearing Room A of the Public Utilities Commission office building, 89 Jefferson Boulevard, Warwick, Rhode Island on pending motions filed in Docket No. SB-2015-06.
The hearing may continue thereafter from day to day and from time to time as required. At the conclusion of the hearing, the Board may rule on the motions heard.

- Invenergy Objection to Town's Motion.

- Strike Invenergy Thermal Development LLC’s Objection to the Town of Burrillville’s Data Request No. 33-1
- Compel a Complete Data Response to the Town of Burrillville’s Data Request No. 33-1, and
- Stay the Hearings Until All Water Issues are Resolved.
The Board will hear oral argument on these motions and objections from the parties. Oral public comment will not be heard at this hearing.
