Public Hearings: Energy Facility Siting Board

The Energy Facility Siting Board (Board) will conduct public hearings regarding Invenergy Thermal Development LLC's application to construct the Clear River Energy Center in Burrillville, RI – Docket NO. SB-2015-06 at the following times and locations:
- Wednesday, September 21, 2016 from 6:00 PM to no later than 10:00 PM in the Toll Gate High School Auditorium, 575 Centerville Road, Warwick, Rhode Island.
- Monday, October 3, 2016 from 6:00 PM to no later than 10:00 PM in the Burrillville High School Auditorium, 425 East Avenue, Harrisville, Rhode Island.
