At their March 21, 2017 meeting, the Rhode Island Energy Facility Siting Board decided several matters; specifically, two motions to dismiss the Invenergy Thermal Development LLC application to construct the Clear River Energy Center power plant in Burrillville, RI and a motion by Invenergy for protective treatment of certain information requested by the Town of Burrillville in Data Request #22.
