The Special Commission to Study the Energy Facility Siting Act will meet on December 18, 2017 at 3:00 p.m. in Room 101 of the State House.

The purpose of this commission is to make a comprehensive review of the Energy Facility Siting Act and provide recommendations for improving and updating the act.
At the December 18, 2017 meeting, the commission with receive testimony from the public.
