My Trash or Recycling Wasn't Picked Up

If your trash or recycling was not collected please contact Waste Management directly at 1-800-972-4545. The prompt will ask for an account number. Say "I don't have one". Then say "missed pickup". It will then connect you to a customer service rep who can look up your address and tell you why it wasn't collected.
