Notice Ordinance Change Chs. 4 & 11

At their meeting of Wednesday, April 24, 2024, the Burrillville Town Council amendments to the Revised General Ordinance of the Town of Burrillville, RI, 2004, Chapter 4 Animals - Adds a new definition of animals to Section 4-1 Definitions; and amends sections 4-4 Penalty, 4-7 Creation of nuisance and 4-71 Impoundment fees to update penalties and enforcement of the chapter. Chapter 11 Courts, Sec 11-5 Penalties – Adds any fees or direct expenses unpaid to the fines the municipal court may impose. Read full text of the amendments here. These amendments shall take effect upon passage.
