NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Pursuant to Rhode Island General Laws 45-23-42, notice is hereby given that the Burrillville Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing where all interested persons will be heard for or against the following application:
Applicant: Rebel Union Partners
Subject Property: 0 Bronco Highway, AP 114 Lot 062
Proposed Plan: Unified Development, Major Land Development Project, Preliminary Plan review of proposed commercial retail use with a request for relief from Zoning Ordinance 30-210 Development Management District Overlay Zone (b) Allowed uses and special use limitations (2) Prohibited uses/access via Bronco Highway.
Hearing Date: Monday, March 4, 2024 at 7:00 p.m.
