VIN Check Information

 

 

Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) Inspections are performed daily

  • 10:00 am  -   10:30 am
  • 1:00 pm    -   1:30 pm

 

Requirements for VIN Inspections

  • Vehicle must be physically at Headquarters
  • Title
  • $10.00 Fee (Cash, Check, or Money Order)
  • Exact Cash (We Cannot Make Change!)
  • Check Payable to: Town of Burrillville
  • VIN Inspections are only for vehicles being registered to an address within the Town of Burrillville

 

When you come into Headquarters, you will be asked to provide all of your supporting documentation, and then kindly asked to wait alongside your vehicle. A Burrillville Police Officer will meet you outside and perform the VIN Inspection. Once completed, you will receive the paperwork that the State requires in order to properly register your vehicle. This process allows our Communications Center to remain free of individuals congregating.
