How to submit a plan review application:

1.    Email a PDF version of your application documents to [email protected] and [email protected]. (including, at minimum: Application, Property Liability Form, Narrative and Plan)

AND

2.    Mail or hand deliver to the Town Hall Annex 144 Harrisville Main Street Harrisville, RI 02830: 

•  1 complete paper application packet including one 18"x24" plan (including, at minimum: Application, Property Liability Form, Narrative and Plan)
•  3 18"x24" paper plans for Board Review if on agenda for Planning Board review
• Payment:  Application fee (to include $190 legal notice advertising fee if applicable). Cash or check payable to the Town of Burrillville accepted.
