  • Enforce adequate and uniform building regulations
  • Issuance of building, plumbing, mechanical, and electric permits

  • Promote public health, safety and general welfare
  • Provide for orderly growth and development
  • Provide procedures for the administration of the Zoning Ordinance
  • Provide procedures for the administration the Zoning Board of Review
