Information Systems (IS) seeks to identify, acquire, deploy and maintain technologies that support the efficient conduct of town business. Our goal is to choose products and services that are the best fit for the town's needs, ensuring that the various systems are effective and economical.
Technology Support & Operations:
IS assists employees of the town and associated agencies in the acquisition, maintenance and use of office technologies. Our users can count on assistance with computer, printer, and application issues. Support is reliably delivered through the use of a web-based help desk system.
IS actively maintains and manages the town's computer network, enabling departments to access shared data and applications. The network also connects town departments to cloud applications and provides connectivity to state and federal agencies.
