Probate Court
Probate court is held the last Wednesday of each month at 1:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Town Building, 105 Harrisville Main St., Harrisville.
Special sessions are scheduled for emergency reasons upon prior approval of the Court.

An index of probate estates filed from 1999 to present can now be found online. Click on this link and you can see the estate name and number, date filed along with the probate type. Copies of the file may be requested through the Town Clerk's office for a fee of $1.50 per page. If any additional information is needed, you can call the Town Clerk's office at 401-568-4300 x180 or come in to view the file.
