Planning Board
Planning Board Mission and Responsibilities:
- Review and offer recommendations and decision on applications for subdivision and land development plans that are in compliance with the Town’s Comprehensive Plan, Subdivision and Land Use Regulations, Code of Ordinances, Chapter 30 Zoning and Rhode Island General Laws Chapter 145 Towns and Cities.
- Review and update as warranted and/or when mandated by State Law, the Town’s Comprehensive Plan and Zoning Ordinance.
- Perform other work and review of local development projects as assigned by the Town Council.
