Recreation Hall Rentals
All functions held at the Champlin Hall are scheduled from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm with an option of scheduling (2) one hour extensions for an additional fee. The decision concerning extension of hours or use will be at the discretion of the Beach Manager and/or the Parks & Recreation Director. Facility includes use of the hall tables and chairs, picnic tables on the wrap around deck, kitchen, restrooms, volleyball net (bring your own ball) and you may bring your own gas grill (no charcoal grills allowed).

Special Use Rental at Beach Manager's Discretion subject to availability. Rental price now includes one lifeguard.
Up to 30 guests $500.00
Additional guest price per person $7.00
A $150.00 security deposit is required in advance which will be refunded within 30 days of rental if no damage or other condition requiring correction after inspection has been made by the Beach Manager.
There is an option of scheduling (2) one hour extensions at $90/hour.
