REGULAR MEETING of the Burrillville Budget Board to be held Thursday, January 28, 2016 at 6:30 P.M. in the Town Building, 105 Harrisville Main St., Harrisville, RI 02830

MEMBERS:  Arthur R. Hurley, Judy Aubin, Nathan St. Pierre and Robert Tetreault. Alternate Members Dennis Anderson and Karen Francisco.

MEMBERS ABSENT:

Staff/Ex Officio Members: Finance Director John P. Mainville; Treasurer Mark A. Adams

  1. MINUTES: That the question of accepting the minutes of the regular meetings held January 20 and 21, 2016 and the question of dispensing with the reading of said minutes; be now taken up.
  2. Consider and act on Special Appropriations:
  • Meet with representatives of organizations requesting special appropriation for the FY2017 budget relative to their budget requests:
  • Downtown Pascoag Neighborhood Association
  • Northern RI Conservation Commission

3.Consider and act on Town Budgets:

  • Meet with representative from Personnel Board to discuss FY2017 budget request
  • Deliberate on Special Appropriation requests
  • Deliberate on Department CIP Requests
  • Deliberate on Department Operating Budget Requests
