On November 29, 2019 at 1:17 p.m. members of the Burrillville Police Department arrested a 15 year old juvenile.  The juvenile was charged with Domestic-Simple Assault and Domestic-Disorderly Conduct.  The juvenile will be referred to the RI Family Court at a later date.

On December 3, 2019 at 11:12 a.m. members of the Burrillville Police Department arrested Jamie J. Holcomb, age 47, of 114 Steere Farm Rd., Harrisville, RI.  This was the result of a lengthy investigation conducted by members of this Department.  Mr. Holcomb was charged with Domestic-Simple Assault and Domestic-Disorderly Conduct.  Mr. Holcomb was brought to 6th District Court for his arraignment.

On December 3, 2019 at 3:22 p.m. members of the Burrillville Police Department arrested William R. Porter, Jr., age 31, of 77 Spring St., Pascoag, RI.  This was the result of a lengthy investigation conducted by members of this Department.  Mr. Porter was charged with Obstructing an Officer in Execution of Duty and False Report of a Crime.  Mr. Porter was brought before a Bail Commissioner where he was later released on a summons to appear in 6th District Court at a later date.

On December 3, 2019 at 5:05 p.m. members of the Burrillville Police Department arrested Charles P. Thompson, age 56, of 669 Douglas Pike, Harrisville, RI.  This was the result of a motor vehicle crash on Douglas Pike.  Mr. Thompson was charged with DUI, 1st offense, BAC of .15 or greater.  Mr. Thompson was brought before a Bail Commissioner and was released on a summons to appear in 6th District Court at a later date.

On December 3, 2019 at 10:21 p.m. members of the Burrillville Police Department arrested Jesse A. Howard, age 40, of 860 East Wallum Lake Rd., Pascoag, RI.  This was the result of a call for a suspicious auto on East Wallum Lake Rd.  Mr. Howard was charged with Resisting Legal or Illegal Arrest, Obstructing an Officer in Execution of Duty, and Disorderly Conduct.  Mr. Howard was held overnight and was later transported to 6th District Court the following morning for his arraignment.

On December 3, 2019 at 10:21 p.m. members of the Burrillville Police Department arrested Karly W. Faring, age 42, of 860 East Wallum Lake Rd., Pascoag, RI.  This was the result of a call for a suspicious auto on East Wallum Lake Rd.  Ms. Faring was charged with Disorderly Conduct and Obstructing an Officer in Execution of Duty.  Ms. Faring was held overnight and was later transported to 6th District Court the following morning for her arraignment.

On December 5, 2019 at 11:40 a.m. members of the Burrillville Police Department arrested Drew P. Fafard, age 18, of 87 Oak Hill Rd., Pascoag, RI.  This was the result of a lengthy investigation conducted by members of the Detective Unit.  Mr. Fafard was charged with 8 counts of Discharge of a Firearm from a Motor Vehicle, 10 counts of Conspiracy, 3 counts of Vandalism/Malicious Injury to Property, and Drive by Shootings.  Mr. Fafard was brought before a Bail Commissioner where he was remanded to the Adult Correctional Institute.

On December 5, 2019 at 11:40 a.m. members of the Burrillville Police Department arrested a 15 year old juvenile.  This was the result of a lengthy investigation conducted by members of the Detective Unit.  The juvenile was charged with 10 counts of Conspiracy, 10 counts of Vandalism/Malicious Injury to Property, 8 counts of Discharge a Firearm from a Motor Vehicle, Assault with a Deadly Weapon in a Dwelling House, and Drive by Shootings.  The juvenile will be referred to the RI Family Court at a later date.

On December 5, 2019 at 11:40 a.m. members of the Burrillville Police Department arrested a 14 year old juvenile.  This was the result of a lengthy investigation conducted by members of the Detective Unit.  The juvenile was charged with 20 counts of Conspiracy, 10 counts of Vandalism/Malicious Injury to Property, 8 counts of Discharge a Firearm from a Motor Vehicle, and Drive by Shootings.  The juvenile will be referred to the RI Family Court at a later date.
