On May 3, 2021 at 3:46 p.m. members of the Burrillville Police Department arrested a 12 year old juvenile.  The juvenile was charged with Arson, 6th Degree.  The juvenile will be referred to the RI Family Court at a later date.

On May 3, 2021 at 9:58 p.m. members of the Burrillville Police Department arrested Brandi E. Barszcz, age 26, of 94 Sayles Ave., Pascoag, RI.  This was the result of a call for a disturbance at the residence.  Ms. Barszcz was charged with Domestic-Simple Assault and Domestic-Disorderly Conduct.  Ms. Barszcz was brought before a Bail Commissioner and was released on a summons to appear in 6th District Court at a later date.

On May 5, 2021 at 12:59 p.m. members of the Burrillville Police Department arrested a 14 year old juvenile.  The juvenile was charged with Use of Tobacco by Minors.  The juvenile will be referred to the RI Family Court at a later date.

On May 8, 2021 at 7:24 p.m. members of the Burrillville Police Department arrested Guy H. Dobson, age 48, of 43 Cottonwood Dr., Plainfield, CT.  This was the result of a traffic stop on South Main St.  Mr. Dobson was charged with DUI, 1st offense, BAC Unknown.  Mr. Dobson was brought before a Bail Commissioner and was released on a summons to appear in 6th District Court at a later date.

On May 9, 2021 at 5:51 p.m. members of the Burrillville Police Department arrested Karen Falcone, age 45, of 950 Tarkiln Rd., Harrisville, RI.  This was the result of a call for a disturbance at the residence.  Ms. Falcone was charged with Domestic-Disorderly Conduct.  Ms. Falcone was brought before a Bail Commissioner and was released on a summons to appear in 6th District Court at a later date.

On May 9, 2021 at 11:26 p.m. members of the Burrillville Police Department arrested Karen Falcone, age 45, of 950 Tarkiln Rd., Harrisville, RI.  This was the result of a call for a disturbance at the residence.  Ms. Falcone was charged with Violation of a No Contact Order and two (2) counts of Domestic-Disorderly Conduct.  Ms. Falcone was held overnight and was transported to 6th District Court the following morning for her arraignment.
