July 27, 2021 6:52 pm Members of the Burrillville Police Department were dispatched to Wallum Lake Rd for a disturbance. While en route officers were advised a male had just taken a neighbors truck and sped off. Officers were given a description by the vehicle owner and last direction of travel. Officers located the vehicle on Wallum Lake Rd. The operator was taken into custody without incident and identified as Edward Marsh, 29, 215 Old Wallum Lake Rd.  He was charged with Larceny >$10,000.00, Larceny <$1500.00, Weapons other than Firearms Prohibited, held overnight and brought to District Court in the morning.

July 28, 2021 9:12 pm Alexis Demauro, 29, 9 Strathmore Rd, Worcester, MA failed to renew her driver license within 10 days.  She was subsequently summons to district Court for Driving with an Expired License.

July 29, 2021 2:03 am, Members of the Burrillville Police were dispatched to Oak Terrace for a domestic disturbance. Upon arrival, officers spoke with all involved participants.  Dawn Aguair, 44, 16 Oak Terrace, Mapleville, taken into custody for Domestic Disorderly Conduct. Dawn was held overnight and will be transported to 6th District Court.

July 29, 2021 1:33 pm Members of the Burrillville Police Department conducted follow up to to harassment complaint. Steven Scarpelli, 33, 5 Jennifer Ln, North Smithfield, was charged with Electronic Tracking of Motor Vehicles. He was released on a summons to appear in District Court.

July 30, 2021 11:57 pm, Members of the Burrillville Police Department were dispatched to Fountain Square for multiple people up on the roof of a building under construction.  Upon arrival Austin Jackson, 23, 275 Barnes Rd, was observed climbing out of the secured area and over the perimeter fence.  He began to flee on foot.  Officers apprehended him after a brief foot chase.  He was held overnight and brought before a bail commissioner in the morning.  He was charged with Obstruction, Resisting arrest and Trespassing.

July 31, 2021 5:34 am Members of the Burrillville Police department were dispatched to Cold Spring Ln for a violation of a No Contact Order. Upon arrival, officers observed David Halapia, 36, 14 Cold Spring Ln, sitting on the porch of the residence.  Burrillville PD confirmed the NCO was in effect.  Halapia was taken into custody without incident and transported to Headquarters. He was brought before a bail commissioner and charged with Domestic Disorderly Conduct and Violation of an NCO and released.
