On January 18, 2021 at 7:32 p.m. members of the Burrillville Police Department arrested Michael S. Martinelli, age 54, of 9 Hillside Dr., Mapleville, RI.  This was the result of a call for a motor vehicle crash on Cooper Hill Rd.  Mr. Martinelli was charged with DUI, 1st offense, BAC Unknown, and Resisting Legal or Illegal Arrest.  Mr. Martinelli was held overnight and was transported to 6th District Court the following morning for his arraignment.

On January 18, 2021 at 7:32 p.m. members of the Burrillville Police Department arrested Marie C. Martinelli, age 54, of 9 Hillside Dr., Mapleville, RI.  This was the result of a call for a motor vehicle crash on Cooper Hill Rd.  Ms. Martinelli was charged with Violation of a No Contact Order.  Ms. Martinelli was held overnight and transported to 6th District Court the following morning for her arraignment.

On January 21, 2021 at 8:22 p.m. members of the Burrillville Police Department arrested Brian J. Marino, age 35, of 6 Ralph St., North Attleboro, MA.  This was the result of a traffic stop on Chapel St.  Mr. Marino was charged with DUI, 1st offense, BAC Unknown.  Mr. Marino was released on a summons to appear in 6th District Court at a later date.

On January 22, 2021 at 9:36 p.m. members of the Burrillville Police Department arrested Jacob G. Peloso, age 26, of 293 St. Paul St., North Smithfield, RI.  This was the result of a traffic stop on Pascoag Main St.  Mr. Peloso was charged with Manufacturing/Delivering/Possessing with Intent to Deliver a Scheduled I-II Controlled Substance, 1st offense, and Possession of a Schedule I-IV Narcotic.  Mr. Peloso was brought before a Bail Commissioner and was remanded to the Adult Correctional Institute.

On January 23, 2021 at 12:17 a.m. members of the Burrillville Police Department arrested David R. Arsenault, age 47, of 310 Brook Rd., Harrisville, RI.  This was the result of a motor vehicle crash on Brook Rd.  Mr. Arsenault was charged with DUI, 1st offense, BAC of .10-.15, and Resisting Legal or Illegal Arrest.  Mr. Arsenault was released on a summons to appear in 6th District Court at a later date.

On January 23, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. members of the Burrillville Police Department arrested Gerald W. Wetmore, age 29, of 127 Pascoag Main St., Pascoag, RI.  This was the result of a traffic stop on Douglas Pike.  Mr. Wetmore was charged with DUI, 1st offense, BAC Unknown, and Driving on a Suspended License, 3rd offense.  Mr. Wetmore was later released on a summons to appear in 6th District Court at a later date.

On January 24, 2021 at 6:58 p.m. members of the Burrillville Police Department arrested Channluckna S. Mam, age 21, of 630 Oaklawn Ave., Cranston, RI.  This was the result of a traffic stop on South Main St.  Ms. Mam was taken into custody on an outstanding warrant issued by this Department.  Ms. Mam was charged with False Reporting of a Crime.  Ms. Mam was brought before a Bail Commissioner and was released on a summons to appear in 6th District Court at a later date.
