DEM Notice of Public Comment Period

In accordance with Operating Permits, 250-RICR-120-05-29, the Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management is providing you with a notice of public hearing and extension of public comment period for the draft Title V Operating Permit renewal for the Algonquin Gas Transmission Co., Burrillville Compressor Station.
A public hearing will take place on Wednesday, April 10, 2024 at 5:30 pm at the Jesse M. Smith Memorial Library, Community Room, 100 Tinkham Lane, Harriville.
