Northeast Revaluation Company to Perform Inspections on Building Permits in Burrillville

The Town has contracted with Northeast Revaluation Company to perform inspections on building permits. An employee of Northeast will only visit properties that have open permits. Information regarding the employee and their vehicle are on file with the Burrillville Police Department and the Tax Assessor. The vehicle used for inspections will have signs on it indicating they are working for the Tax Assessor’s Office.
