Please click this link for the October 2015 Invenergy application to the Energy Facility Siting Board (EFSB). All filings, EFSB orders and other documentation related to this proposal can be found at the EFSB page dedicated to the project.
RI DEM and the Department of Health will be independently evaluating environmental impacts including but not limited to air emissions, water quality and potential impacts to the aquifer, if any. These agencies will report their findings to the EFSB. The Town's experts will evaluate the original submission by CREC and the evaluations by the aforementioned State agencies.
The Town will continue to monitor the process throughout and will post information as we learn more about the project and its potential impact on the Town.
