When was the EFSB established and who sits on the Siting Board?

The Energy Facility Siting Board was established by the Rhode Island General Assembly in 1986. The siting board consists of three members: the chairperson of the public utilities commission, who serves as chairperson of the siting board; the director of the department of environmental management; and the associate director of administration for planning.
