Cold Weather Announcement

With the subzero temperatures expected to last through next weekend, the Town of Burrillville has established the Jesse Smith Library as a designated warming shelter. Anyone can go during normal business hours to stay warm. If any type of incident occurs outside of the library operating hours, the Burrillville EMA director Glen Biddiscombe is available 24 hours a day for assistance of any kind. He can be reached at 641-0898. Arrangements have been established in case of an emergency during these freezing, cold days.
