National Child Car Seat Safety Week

The Burrillville Police Department, Police Departments from all over the State of Rhode Island as well as RIDOT kicked off the National Child Car Seat Safety Week with Burrillville resident Jim Weicherding, a nationally renowned cartoonist featuring Buckleupallofus. Jim Weicherding unveiled a life size Buckleupallofus inflatable balloon which he will be taking cross country over the next few weeks. Burrillville CPS certified officers Barrett and Lucke also was on hand for anyone who wanted to have their seats checked as well.
